In Memory of Our Beloved...

Tinkerbell passed away on June 13th 2007.  Putting her down was the hardest thing I've had to do in years.  Her breathing had become labored and her appetite was disappearing.  The vet thought it might be a mass in her lungs but we never found out for certain.  She was always there for me when I came home for lunch or after work.  Hopping off the couch she would greet me in the living room and flop over on her side for a good scratch behind the ears.  Purring away, I could tell she was very happy.  I miss that a lot, and also her presence near me when I would go to sleep.  She loved to be near me, and I her.  My ex-wife, her Mom, couldn't be there in the end but I know Tinkerbell loved her to the end.  It was a very sad day and it's been difficult ever since.  I miss you Tinkerbell and I love you.  I won't forget you.
