In Memory of Our Beloved...

Kernel was dropped off in our neighborhood in 1994 and he chose our home. I picked him up and he wrapped both of his front legs around my neck and he would not let go. Needless to say his eyes met mine and I noticed he had one blue eye and one brown eye, and I just melted. He became my lovable pet. We named him Kernel like the popcorn kernel because he popped up out of nowhere. He will always be in our memory.
