In Memory of Our Beloved...

Kahlua

  Kahlua

Kahlua came to live with us, in August, 1991 at the age of 6 weeks.  She lived with us and became a special member of our family for 15 1/2 years, until she passed away February 4, 2007.

Kahlua was always in the middle of everything we were doing, from balancing the checkbook, hot tubbing, to working in the garden.  I will miss her help planting flowers this spring.  She shared steak night with my husband, complete with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Kahlua battled kidney failure the last 2 1/2 years.  She was always patient and cooperative with us when we had to do her weekly fluid treatments or give her medicine.  If cats can be brave patients, she fits the description!

Kahlua is greatly missed and our house is very empty without her love and affection.  She always knew how to cheer us up.  She still exists in our thoughts and our hearts.
